Who Are We?

Dolche Ventures is a venture studio which incubates, builds and commercialises software applications in the areas of SaaS, B2B, MicroSaas and Generative AI. Our founding team have a proven track record in bringing applications to market and have launched this studio with the aim of creating a healthy competitive landscape for building applications which solve previously unsolved (or poorly solved) problems. Our philosophy is steeped in empowering our teams to solve user problems by using an objective, data-driven methodology, which ultimately informs our decisions around funding for software development.

What the Internship is About

The H1-26 internship is not your standard corporate "gofer" program, it is a generalist, navy-seal style incubator for emerging tech and data talent. This year we are leaning into an AI-first approach where you won't just write code, you will leverage agent orchestration, vibe coding tools, and modern deployment practices to build at unprecedented speeds. We are looking for mavericks who want to go beyond traditional entry-level roles and prepare themselves for the new wave of roles being created as a result of AI disruption. You will be trusted to pioneer new ideas, take initiative, and work on real-world products that have an impact on society. This program is designed to transform you into a highly capable operator who understands the entire application lifecycle.

Available Roles

To align with our accelerated, AI-driven methodology, we are opening expressions of interest for the following specialised tracks. While each role has a specific focus, all interns will be required to develop a baseline proficiency across the modern tech stack.

Product Engineer: Focus on the end-to-end user experience, integrating front-end frameworks with high-performance backends to bring full applications to life.
Software Engineer: Dive deep into robust architecture, system integrations, and building scalable foundations for our MicroSaaS and Generative AI products.
Automation Engineer: Build the vital data engineering and automation pipelines which power applications, focusing on database manipulation, API orchestration, and eliminating operational friction.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer: Bridge the gap between code and customer, using signal-based marketing, data pipelines, and analytics to drive product growth and market penetration.

How the Program is Structured

Based on invaluable feedback from our previous cohorts, we have completely overhauled the structure of the internship to maximize your learning and impact. The program will run for a full 4 months in a fully remote, flexible environment:

Month 1: The Baseline Bootcamp. We start everyone on the same page. Your first month is a structured, intensive sprint covering the absolute fundamentals: SQL, Data Modelling, APIs, JavaScript, and Git versioning. This ensures that no matter your role, you have the foundational knowledge required to communicate technically and execute flawlessly.
Months 2 to 4: Real-World Execution. Once you pass the baseline month, yourself and your teammates will kickstart a project to build a brand new web application from scratch. You will collaborate in agile teams, participate in technical planning, and bring a new product to market in the space of 3 months.
Continuous Support: Throughout the 4 months, you will receive one-on-one mentorship from both leaders and former interns, targeted training by specialists, participate in weekly structured feedback sessions, and have the opportunity to present your progress to our broader organisation.
